This page summarizes the typical flow. For binding details, use the FAQ, Terms, and Privacy Policy on the main site.

1. Discover and compare

Buyers browse the shop, use search and filters, open product pages, and can use Compare and Watchlist on the website to evaluate options.

2. Order or inquire

Depending on the product and listing, the buyer completes checkout or uses Inquiries where that path is offered. The buyer must follow any proof-of-payment or timing rules described in the FAQ.

3. Payment clearing

To protect buyers and sellers, payments are made to Ship-Around, not directly to the vendor in normal checkout. Funds are cleared according to the process described in the FAQ before a sale is treated as finalized.

4. Fulfillment and logistics

  • Products fulfilled from Ship-Around warehouses — Ship-Around may arrange transportation as described in the FAQ.
  • All other products — The vendor is responsible for transportation unless the listing clearly states otherwise. Buyers normally pay transport costs unless the vendor chooses to cover them and states that on the listing.
Delivery timing depends on payment clearance, the shipping method chosen at checkout, and lead time on the listing.

5. After the sale

Returns, refunds, and disputes are handled through Ship-Around’s internal process, which may involve both parties. See the FAQ sections for buyers and vendors.

Communication and support

Buyers and vendors can use the contact options listed on Contact us and the FAQ (email and regional details).
