Account and approval
- Register on the site’s registration page. Buyer approval is described as almost instant in the FAQ.
- You may be asked for documents later for due diligence. Personal email sign-ups may require proof of ID.
Fees
- No membership fee for buyers.
- You pay the order total as shown; the FAQ states no hidden buyer fees on product purchases.
Finding and evaluating products
- Browse the shop and category pages.
- Use Compare and Watchlist on the main site to compare items and save them for later.
- Use Inquiries where available for quote-style needs.
Payment
- Currently direct bank transfer is offered; more methods may be added over time (see FAQ).
Shipping and delivery
- Ship-Around-arranged transport applies only to products in Ship-Around warehouses and fulfilled by Ship-Around.
- Otherwise the vendor ships; you normally pay transport unless the listing says the vendor covers it.
- Order tracking is not offered at the time of the FAQ; that may change—watch announcements on the site.
Returns, refunds, and disputes
Ship-Around runs an internal returns process and usually handles refunds. Disputes are escalated with the goal of a fair outcome for both sides. See the buyer section of the FAQ for specifics.Cancelling an order
