Who can sell

Vendors offer products related to marine, offshore, and oil and gas industries. Listings must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. Illegal, unsafe, or restricted products are not allowed (see Terms and FAQ).

Joining and fees

  • Register via the site’s registration page and choose the vendor account type.
  • An on-boarding contact will follow up to complete setup (FAQ).
  • No membership fee to become a vendor.

Your responsibilities

  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your listings: prices, stock, lead time, and descriptions.
  • You may sell new, used, and lease offerings where allowed (FAQ).
  • Assign a store manager as the main point of contact for operational communication with Ship-Around (FAQ).

Fulfillment and transport

  • For products not in Ship-Around’s fulfillment network, you arrange shipment unless you state otherwise on the listing.
  • Buyers usually pay freight unless you choose to pay and say so clearly on the listing.

Payments and payouts

Checkout payments go through Ship-Around. Payouts are described in the FAQ (e.g. bank transfer). Discounts and coupons can be configured as explained there.

Returns, refunds, and disputes

Ship-Around’s returns and refunds process may involve both parties. Disputes are handled with both sides in mind (FAQ).

If your team uses the vendor dashboard to create and manage listings, step-by-step help lives in the Vendors section of this documentation: (If your onboarding team uses other workflows such as workbook-based uploads, follow the instructions your on-boarding contact provides; the principles above still apply.)
