Open Listings Manager. The page title is Listings Manager; the description says you manage prices, stock quantities, and availability. Use ← Back to Dashboard at the top or bottom when you are finished.

Card View (default)

Card View is the default layout. Next to it, the toggle shows Catalogue View—see Update multiple listings at once for the table workflow.

Find your product

Each card is one variable product (one parent listing). You see:
  • The product title (often linked to the storefront listing).
  • How many variations it has (for example “5 variations”).
  • Status labels when applicable, such as recently updated or invalid.

Expand variations

Use Show Variations to load and display every variation under that product. Use Hide Variations to collapse the card again. When expanded, each variation row shows fields you can edit, including Price, Stock, and Availability (this is the same information as Lead Time elsewhere—pick a value from the allowed list).

Save or discard

If you change any values, a warning may appear: You have unsaved changes. If you change views or reload the page, the changes will be lost.
  • Discard Changes — Abandon edits on this page load.
  • Save All Changes — Opens a confirmation step. The dialog title is Confirm Changes; use Cancel or Save Changes in the dialog footer. If Save All Changes stays disabled, fix any invalid values the form highlights.
Before switching to Catalogue View or closing the tab, save or discard so you do not lose work.
