Open Listings Manager (Listings Manager / Manage prices, stock quantities, and availability).

Switch to Catalogue View

Use the toggle labels Card View and Catalogue View. Turn the switch toward Catalogue View. Helper text on the page: Catalogue view lets you make bulk changes faster.

Work in the table

In Catalogue View you see one flat table of all variations across your products. Typical columns include:
  • Product / Variation — Product name plus the variation label (identifying text for that row).
  • Price — Editable.
  • Stock — Editable.
  • Availability — Same meaning as Lead Time elsewhere; choose from the allowed values.
Edit cells directly in the table. Use the All Categories filter to narrow the list if you have many products. A counter such as Showing 0/0 products (wording on your screen) tells you how many rows are visible versus total.

Download CSV, edit, upload

For larger batches, use Download CSV. A modal opens first: Important: Please Read Before Downloading. The modal explains that the file includes instructions at the top and lists these rules:
  • Only edit the “New” columns (Price, Stock, Availability).
  • Use a dot for decimals and no thousand separators (e.g. 12.50).
  • Price must be a positive number, greater than 0, with up to 2 decimal places.
  • Stock must be an integer, 1 or greater.
  • Availability must match exactly one of the allowed values.
  • Do not modify any other columns or instruction rows.
It also notes that files that do not follow these rules will be rejected during upload. Choose Download CSV in the modal to get the file, or Cancel to close without downloading. Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible spreadsheet app, make your edits, save as CSV, then return to Listings Manager and choose Upload CSV to apply the updates.

Unsaved changes

The same unsaved changes warning applies as in Card View. Save or discard before reloading or switching back to Card View so you do not lose edits.
