Open Add New Product from your vendor area. The page title is Add New Product; the short description explains you are adding a simple or variable product. At the top you can use ← Back to Dashboard or Import Products if you prefer the bulk workbook flow instead.

1. Product family and subcategory

This block is labeled Product family and subcategory.
  • Use the Search categories field to find families and subcategories quickly, or browse the two columns: Product family (left) and Subcategory (right).
  • You must select a subcategory before the rest of the form appears.
The notice at the top explains that changing product family or subcategory will clear all data entered below—finish your category choice before you invest time in the rest of the form.

2. What to include (checklist and listing strength)

After a subcategory is selected, you see the choices section with:
  • A short note that more complete listings rank higher in search results.
  • A listing strength bar (it updates as you select SKU-defining fields and add data).
  • The instruction to select the data you can provide and that at least one SKU item is required. Open Learn more to see what the badges mean:
    • SKU — Defines separate product variations.
    • Variant — Additional detail for each variation.
    • Shared — Applies to all variations equally.
Fixed options you can turn on:
  • Brand
  • Certifications (info icon: selecting types enables document uploading later)
  • Country of Origin
  • Data Tables (info icon: enables upload options under Documents & Assets)
  • Documentation (same)
Below that, lists load for your subcategory: items that create separate variations (SKU), shared fields for the whole family, optional extras, and per-variation detail (Variant). If something is missing for your product type, use Contact us at the bottom of that section.

3. Enter product details

Title and description

  • Product Title — Required, minimum six characters. Keep it short and descriptive. Do not put pricing, stock, warehouse location, or specification values in the title; those belong in the fields and variation rows below.
  • Description — Optional. Do not include personal contact details (email, phone, names); listings with that may be flagged.

Stock location

  • Stock location – Country — Required; search and pick a country.
  • City — Optional; appears after you choose a country.

Optional blocks (when checked above)

  • Brand — Search and select; a logo may show when available.
  • Certification Type(s) — Select all that apply; you will upload supporting files later. Helper text: Select all applicable certification types. You will be asked to upload supporting documents after product images.
  • Country of Origin — Search and select when enabled.
Any Shared fields you enabled appear here once; fill them if they apply to every variation.

Variation table (variable products)

When at least one SKU item is selected, a table appears for variations.
  • The form reminds you to use up to two decimal points without thousand separators (examples show correct vs incorrect formats).
  • If two rows repeat the same defining combination, you will see a warning: duplicate variations are not allowed—each row must be unique.
  • Use Add Variation Row to add lines.
  • Each row needs Price, Stock, and Lead Time (and any columns your subcategory requires). Lead Time is chosen from the allowed list in the dropdown.

4. Product images and Documents & Assets

Product Images

Section heading: Product Images.
  • At least one image is required.
  • Limits (count and file size per image) are shown on the page.
  • The first image will be the featured image.
  • You can reorder images by dragging previews.

Documents & Assets

This section heading is Documents & Assets. It only appears when you enabled Data Tables, Documentation, and/or Certifications in the checklist.
  • You can upload up to 5 files per type (Data Table / Spec Sheet, General Documentation, Certification), 15 files total, 5MB per file.
  • Allowed types include common images, PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, and text files.
  • A line such as Documentation 0/5, Data tables 0/5, Certifications 0/5 shows how many files you have used per type.

5. Publish

Scroll to the bottom of the form and choose Publish Product. On success you see Product Published Successfully, a short confirmation, and:
  • Close — Dismiss the message.
  • View Product — Open the live product page in a new tab (when available).
You can use ← Back to Dashboard at the top or bottom of the page anytime.
