Who arranges shipment

  • Products in Ship-Around warehouses fulfilled by Ship-Around may use Ship-Around-arranged transport as described in the FAQ.
  • All other products — The vendor is responsible for shipping unless the listing clearly states otherwise.
Always read the listing and checkout text for the specific line you buy; transport is not identical across every product class.

Who pays freight

  • Buyers usually pay transport unless the vendor chooses to cover freight and states that on the listing.
  • If you are unsure, clarify before confirming the order—especially for heavy or project cargo.

Lead time

Lead time on the variation you select reflects stock, production, and what the vendor published. If the field is vague or missing, treat it as a signal to confirm via Inquiry or FAQ contact paths before relying on a tight project schedule.

Tracking

Order tracking was not offered at the time of the FAQ wording on the main site; that may change. Watch announcements on ship-around.com or ask via the Contact and FAQ channels if you need a current statement for a live order.
