Browsing the shop

Start from Shop or category pages. Move through product families and subcategories until you are on a list or product page that matches your technical need—not only a marketing title.

Evaluating a listing

On each product page, use:
  • Specifications and structured fields—these are what you can search and filter on elsewhere.
  • Images and any Data Tables the vendor enabled.
  • Documentation & Downloads when the vendor uploaded spec sheets, certificates, or general documents. If nothing was uploaded, those blocks may not appear.
If critical data is missing, you may still need to ask via Inquiry or contact paths in the FAQ—but complete listings are meant to answer first-line technical questions without extra email.

Compare

Add candidates to Compare when you need a side-by-side view of specifications. It works best when each listing (and variation) has the fields filled in; empty cells often mean “not provided,” not “not applicable,” so use judgment or follow up with the vendor.

Watchlist

Use Watchlist to save items while you:
  • Wait for internal approval or budget release
  • Coordinate with colleagues on technical sign-off
  • Track options before you choose transport or incoterms with your logistics team
Watchlist is for your convenience on the site; it does not reserve stock unless the product page and checkout flow say otherwise.

Inquiries

Choose Inquiries when the workflow is quote-based or you need clarifications before you can select a variation or quantity. Follow any instructions on the form and in the FAQ about timing and proof of intent if applicable.
Next: Checkout and payment.
