Why you pay Ship-Around

For normal checkout, payments are made to Ship-Around, not directly to the vendor. The FAQ explains this as risk reduction for buyers and sellers: funds are handled according to the published clearing process before the sale is treated as final. Follow any proof-of-payment or reference rules the checkout or FAQ describes so your payment can be matched quickly.

Before you confirm

  • Confirm quantity, variation, price, and lead time on the listing.
  • Check who arranges transport (you, the vendor, or Ship-Around for eligible warehouse lines) so your total cost picture is correct—see Shipping and delivery.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind, cancel as early as possible. Repeated cancellations without good reason may affect your account (FAQ). If work or shipment has already started, different rules may apply—use buyer guidance in the FAQ or contact paths listed there.
